Found out that the old Circle City React repeater is still very much alive and on-the-air, they just changed the access tones!
Heard several folks chatting on it this afternoon and that they welcome all licensed users. They do however use it in an official capacity for special events and emergency communications, so all users must yield to their traffic for those situations.
